Customize Your Mental Coaching Program

You can improve your mental game one-on-one with me, Daniel J. Howard, from anywhere in the world via telephone, Zoom, FaceTime, or video conferencing.

All programs include an Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP), a custom mental game plan, weekly coaching sessions, unlimited email correspondence, mental edge workbooks and/or worksheets, or performance-boosting eBooks.

One-on-one mental coaching is the fastest and most effective method to improve your mental game, boost your performance, and make lasting changes.

I currently have two primary mental coaching plans to choose from. Please review the options below and call me with your questions.

Gold Mental Coaching Program

The Gold Program is my premium onsite package, which gives you the benefit of spending four hours with me at a tournament we both attend. This program also includes 4, 12, or 24 additional remote coaching sessions for 1, 3, or 6 months respectively.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment to identify mental game challenges
  • Custom Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement
  • Four hours in-person at tournaments in which I watch you play, gather information about your performance, and discuss how it fits into your plan
  • Four sessions of additional coaching per month to improve mental skill sets and help you stay committed to your Mental Game Plan (45-minute sessions)
  • Unlimited email correspondence with me to answer any immediate questions
  • Mental edge workbooks and/or worksheets that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions

Silver Mental Coaching Program

The Silver program allows you to work one-on-one with me from anywhere in the world via Zoom, telephone, or video conferencing. This program includes four weekly sessions per month for one to six months.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment to identify mental game challenges
  • Custom Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement
  • Four weekly coaching sessions per month (45-minute sessions)
  • Unlimited email correspondence with me to answer any immediate questions
  • Mental edge workbooks and/or worksheets that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions
